Government Bonds Page

The Government Bonds page displays the government bonds market data for the following issuers—US Treasuries, German Bunds, French OATS, Italian Government Bonds, UK Gilts, Japanese Government Bonds, Australian Government Bonds, Canadian Government Bonds, Brazilian Government Bonds, Danish Government Bonds, Israeli Government Bonds, Mexican Government Bonds, New Zealand Government Bonds, Norwegian Government Bonds, South African Government Bonds, Swedish Government Bonds

This information is displayed in a read only format. It is accessed:

By clicking the Curves tab > Government Bonds on the left-hand menu.

On the ribbon bar in the Trader tab, Structurer tab or the Market Data tab clicking Curves > Government Bonds.

From the Open button > Curves > Government Bonds.

In the page that opens, for each tenor displayed you see the following data:

Maturity Date

This is the bond’s maturity date.

Price

This is the bond price.

Yield

This is the bond yield, i.e., the rate of return on the bond price if it is held until maturity.

By default, the Government Bonds page opens with the “on the run” bond’s market data for the relevant currency (if this is one of the four supported currencies, otherwise it opens for USD by default), the current trade date and the market data cut-off time set in the pricing page from which it was opened.

The Government Bonds page is accessed by clicking the Curves tab > Government Bonds tab on the left-hand menu. Alternatively, on the ribbon bar in the Trader tab, Structure tab or the Market Data tab click the Curves button and then Government Bonds.
