You can easily share a portfolio with other users in your group.
You do this by first defining groups of users within your company, and then saving any portfolios that you want to share into a public folder. Depending on the portfolio format, this includes the Public Portfolios folder, the Public Templates folder and the Public Structures Templates folder.
All users in a specific group can access any portfolios saved in the Public Portfolios folder by any other user in that same group.
Once another user has accessed a portfolio saved to the Public Portfolios folder, that user then has full rights to it, that is, the user can edit it or delete it. To ensure that no other user (including users in your group) can access your portfolios, simply save them into the My Portfolios folder.
To define a group of users that can access one another’s saved portfolios in the Public Portfolios folder, see Working with User Types and Access Permissions.
