By default the pricer opens with the ribbon bar displayed vertically.
However, in both the Single Option page and the Portfolio page you can choose to display the ribbon bar horizontally instead.

In the vertical orientation the ribbon bar temporarily replaces the left hand tabs. However, all the functionality available in the left hand tabs can be easily accessed via the System Menu which is accessed by clicking the Open button displayed in each tab. |
At any stage, if you want to view the left hand tabs again, simply change the display of the ribbon bar to the horizontal orientation.
You change the orientation by clicking the Horiz/Vert button as seen in See "Changing the Ribbon Bar’s Orientation ".

The system always remembers the last change you have made to the ribbon bar orientation. This is true:
Between sessions.
So if you set the ribbon bar to horizontal and then close the product, the next time you open it, it will open by default in the horizontal orientation.
Within a session.
So if:
You toggle between different tabs, the ribbon bar stays where it was. For example, you are in the Sales tab and the ribbon bar is displayed in the horizontal orientation, and you then access the Trades tab—the ribbon bar remains in the horizontal orientation.
In a page you change the ribbon bar orientation, the system saves the new orientation setting for your user. When you next open a new page the ribbon bar is displayed in the saved orientation.
