In an Inflation Curve you can copy inflation rates for one or more tenors and paste inflation rates into one or more tenors.
Once you paste inflation rates into the curve the pasted rates are highlighted in blue to indicate that they have been edited. However, to see the effect the edited rates have on the forward inflation rates you will have to click the Calculate button or the Accept button (see Editing the Rates in an Inflation Curve).
To copy inflation rates:
1. | In the yield curve click in the cell that contains the first inflation rate you want to copy. |
2. | Click the Copy button. The system copies the rates in the current cell and in all subsequent cells until the bottom of the section. |
To paste copied inflation rates:
1. | In the yield curve click in the cell in which you want to paste the first copied rate. |
2. | Click the Paste button. The system pastes each copied rate into a cell starting from the cell in which you clicked. All pasted rates are highlighted in blue to indicate that they have been edited. |
