Zooming In and Out of a Market Data Chart
SDX Interest Rates enables you to enlarge a selected area of a created market data chart. This is particularly useful when studying a chart that spans a long time period and you would like to see data for a specific section of that period more clearly.
After zooming, the chart only shows the selected area, but the remainder of the chart can still be seen by scrolling vertically and horizontally.

The zoom feature is not available in the Yield Curve charts or the risk charts. |
To zoom in on an area of the chart:
1. | In the chart click and hold the left mouse button at the top left corner of the area you would like to zoom in on. |
A set of red cross-hairs is displayed.
2. | Drag the cursor to the bottom right corner of the area you would like to zoom in on. |
As you drag the cursor a grey block appears over the selected area.
3. | Release the mouse button. |
The chart is redrawn, zooming in on the area of the original chart that you selected. You can view the remainder of the chart by scrolling horizontally and vertically.
To redraw the chart after zooming:
Click the icon at the left end of the horizontal axis to reset the horizontal scaling to show the full width of the chart.
Click the icon at the bottom of the vertical axis to reset the vertical scaling to show the full height of the chart.
