The Portfolio Management window lets you save any instrument or portfolio you have created and then open it again at a later date. It also lets you manage your portfolios, and share them with others.
The Portfolio Management window is divided into the following areas:

Folders area |
Lists the folders in which portfolios are stored. The default folders are as follows: My Portfolios This area stores portfolios you have created. Portfolios saved here cannot be seen by others in your group. Public Portfolios This area stores portfolios that can be accessed by all users in the same group as you. For more information on sharing portfolios, see Sharing Portfolios with Other Users. Public Templates This area stores portfolio templates that can be accessed by all users in the same group as you. Public Structures Templates This area stores structure templates that can be accessed by all users in the same group as you. Uploaded Portfolios You can create your own user-defined folders using the New Folder button.

Name area |
Lists all the portfolios saved in the folder currently selected in the Folders area. For each portfolio you can see: Whether it is added to the Favorites list. This is indicated by the yellow star icon. For more details on the Favorites list see Accessing Portfolios Via the Favorites List. Its type. For more details see What Portfolio Types Are Available?. Its name. The date it was saved. Its currency. |
The Portfolio Management window is opened:
From the Single Option page from the Home tab by clicking the Add to Portfolio button.
From the Portfolio page by clicking the Open or Save buttons. Alternatively click <F12> on the keyboard.
